The presence of different ecosystems, such as mangroves, rainforests, and coral reefs, contributes to its biological richness. Additionally, the park is inhabited by the indigenous Kogui community, who have lived in the area for centuries and have a deep spiritual connection to the land. Its beaches, like Arrecifes, Cabo San Juan del Guía, and Playa Cristal, are popular destinations, ideal for enjoying calm waters for swimming, snorkeling, and relaxation in a stunning natural setting.
