Day Trip
8 a.m. We start our experience to Don Diego & Tayronaka from your hotel in Santa Marta, Rodadero, or Taganga.
9:30 hours: Arrival at Don Diego River, where we will take a 35-minute walk along the riverbank to Tayronaka. Here, we will visit the ruins of the Tayrona and the museum, where we will have the opportunity to learn all about the Tayrona culture.
Afterward, we will descend the river’s course in inflatable tubes, where we can enjoy its rapids and the surrounding wildlife and flora. We will encounter different types of birds and monkeys in their natural habitat and reach the river’s mouth at the Caribbean Sea, where we can swim in the sea and the river. 2 p.m.: Return to Don Diego by boat for lunch and then depart to your hotel.
5:30 p.m.: We will be back at your hotel, concluding the Don Diego & Tayronaka experience.
