Departure from Santa Marta at 7:00 AM, where we begin our experience, the “Tour of Maracuya & El Saltillo Waterfall,” heading to the “La Unión” village. There, we will embark on a 2-hour hike, allowing us to explore the typical wildlife and flora of this area, learn about the history and the various processes experienced by the local farming communities in this territory.
Next, we’ll arrive at the plantations of this exotic fruit, where we’ll discover the cultivation process, as well as the nutrients and derivatives that we can obtain from this magnificent fruit.
