The name “Bunkuany” is related to the stones used in the construction of its terraces and some rock carvings that have been found. These seem to tell a story to those who visit this place, as if they were speaking to us. Bunkuany, the “place of the talking stones.”
Although the archaeological complex of Bunkuany is less extensive than that of Ciudad Perdida, it boasts fairly large terraces. Similar to Ciudad Perdida or Teyuna, the “second Lost City,” it is surrounded by several streams and rivers, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing swim during the Bunkuany tour.
